Return & Refund Policy – Blend Mart

At Blend Mart, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, don’t worry — we offer a 7-day return policy on all tech products including smartwatches, analog watches, and AirPods.

Returns – Easy & Hassle-Free

If you're not satisfied with your tech product for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@blendmartco@gmail.com within 7 days.

  2. Share your order number and the reason for return.

  3. We will provide you with a return shipping label.

  4. Securely pack the item and ship it back to us.

  5. Once we receive the item in acceptable condition, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, worn, or damaged products

  • Products missing original parts, accessories, or packaging

  • Items purchased on sale, discount, or clearance

  • Cosmetics and clothing (for hygiene and sizing reasons) unless there’s a defect

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • If you paid via credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to your account.

  • If you used bank transfer or local payment methods (Pakistan), we’ll issue the refund directly to your provided account.
